Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
At Dora Mill, we strive to process and ship out all confirmed orders within 2 to 5 working days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., festive periods, sales campaigns), order processing might take slightly longer due to high volumes.

2. Domestic Delivery (Malaysia)
We currently deliver to both West and East Malaysia. For West Malaysia, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. For East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), parcels usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days. These are estimated timelines, and actual delivery times may vary depending on courier efficiency, public holidays, or remote area addresses.

3. International Delivery
We currently offer international shipping to Singapore only. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 working days after dispatch. Shipping rates and estimated times will be displayed at checkout. We are working to expand our delivery coverage to more countries — including Indonesia and Thailand — so stay tuned for future updates.

4. Shipping Providers & Tracking
To ensure reliable and safe delivery, we partner with reputable third-party courier services such as J&T Express, Ninja Van, and others depending on the destination. Once your parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel’s status on the respective courier’s official website.

5. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on your delivery address, parcel weight, and any ongoing shipping promotions. During selected campaigns, we may offer free shipping for qualifying orders — this will be shown at checkout before you make payment.

6. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your parcel within the estimated timeframe, or if it is marked as delivered but not received, please contact our customer service within 48 hours. We will assist in following up with the courier. If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
